2.4 Exercise 30

Avg difficulty 2.5

If the velocity vector of a polar bear is u→=(−18.0i^−13.0j^)km/h\overset{\rightarrow}{u} = \left(−18.0 \hat{i} - 13.0 \hat{j}\right) \text{km} / \text{h}, how fast and in what geographic direction is it heading? Here, i^\hat{i} and j^\hat{j} are directions to geographic east and north, respectively.
