15.6 Exercise 12

Avg difficulty 2.5

The emf of an ac source is given by v(t)=V0sinωt,v \left(t\right) = V_{0} \text{sin} \omega t , where V0=100VV_{0} = 100 \text{V} and ω=200πrad/s.\omega = 200 \pi \text{rad}/\text{s} . Find an expression that represents the output current of the source if it is connected across (a) a 20-μF20 - \mu \text{F} capacitor, (b) a 20-mH inductor, and (c) a 50-Ω50 - \Omega resistor.
