Show that the line segments (a1,a2)(b1,b2)‾\overline{(a_{1},a_{2})(b_{1},b_{2})} and (c1,c2)(d1,d2)‾\overline{(c_{1},c_{2})(d_{1},d_{2})} have the same lengths and slopes if b1−a1=d1−c1b_{1}-a_{1}=d_{1}-c_{1} and b2−a2=d2−c2b_{2}-a_{2}=d_{2}-c_{2}. Is that only if?
